HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

 Ordering on raniya.hofficial.pk is easy. Just select the items you want to shop, fill in your shipping address and payment information, and you’re home. If you need assistance, call us Monday through Saturday at + 92-3088878888.

 HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Your order will be delivered to your door via reputable courier companies.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?

 As soon as your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email or SMS from raniya.h.pk. This email will contain all the details about your order. Order details can also be viewed under My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order yourself online.

 I TRIED TO ORDER WITH MY CREDIT CARD, BUT IT DOESN’T WORK. CAN YOU HELP ME ORDER?

Yes, if your debit / credit card is not working please contact your bank. Call us at + 92-3088878888

I PLACE MY ORDER WITH MY CREDIT CARD, BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY FROM THE CARD?

 Please check your bank / credit card account first to ensure that your account has been debited. If your account has been charged following a payment error, the banks will usually reset it within 7 working days. The time required can vary from bank to bank and unfortunately we cannot accelerate this. Please ask your bank for further details.

If your bank tells you otherwise, please contact us. Once the funds have been credited to our account, we will issue a refund within 3 days of your request. However, receiving the refund will depend on the payment method you choose. The estimated schedule is as follows:

I  HAVE PLACED MY ORDER WITH MY CREDIT CARD, BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO RANIYA.HOFFICIAl.PK BALANCES DEDUCED FROM MY ACCOUNT?

In the event your order is unsuccessful and raniya.hofficial.pk has been withdrawn from your account, the funds will be credited to our account, we will be proactive within 3 days initiate a refund.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

 Your order status will be communicated to you at every step by email or SMS. As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order details. After your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email with your tracking data. Please check your spam and junk folder for the status of your order if you don’t see any updates. In the event of unforeseen events that delay your order, you will receive a special update from our side.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at + 92-3088878888 with your order number as soon as possible. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but has yet to be delivered, please do not accept the delivery and contact customer service to inform them. In the case of prepaid orders, the case would be assessed separately and dealt with accordingly.

 I WILL GIVE AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO MY LOVED ONE. WILL YOU RECEIVE THE PRICE AND THE INVOICE?

Yes sir. Due to the applicable regulations, we will send the invoice together with the product. The labels are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one has problems with them.
